During the prepress stage, VISINGPACK’s technicians will perform the following steps:

• Preflight and handle the file follow the printing standard
• Layout and compile processed files
• Proof print (98% accuracy) for client approval
• Proceed with color separation, export, and RIP with suitable colors for the plate-making process. VISINGPACK can also accommodate customer-specific Pantone colors.

VISINGPACK has imported and put into operation two high precision rotary sheeters in the current Vietnamese market. These machines primarily serve the task of sheeting various types of paper with high sustainable up to 500 gsm.

In order to meet the diverse needs of customers with thinner paper grades, VISINGPACK also has a system of sheet cutting machines from Taiwan, which can run both single and multiple rolls for better productivity.

PROCESS OF LAMINATION

The outer surface of the carton boxes often features printed layers of duplex, couche, ivory papers, among others. The inner layers, also called as single facer, can range in thickness from 1 to 8 mm, each offering varying load-bearing capacities and stiffness levels.
